Teodors Pavlovics (1912–1971) was a Latvian painter from Ziemers parish, best known for his landscapes and close ties to the Alūksne region.
From 1938 he studied at the Latvian Academy of Arts, in the landscape master studio of Vilhelms Purvītis.
During World War II he worked as a cartographer, but in the post-war years he hid from Soviet repressions.
His paintings embody the landscapes of his native region and a calm, contemplative mood.
